Project works with Syngenta
Jet Aire has been working with Syngenta in Huddersfield on a range of different projects over the past 12 months.
The contract begun after an initial conversation in 2013 which looked at some of their ongoing drainage issues on the site. Since this talk and survey, our engineers have since provided support to a range of different areas on the site.
The first CCTV survey was used to help Jet Aire and Syngenta diagnose the issues at the site. The video footage showed a series of faults on the plant and thus we recommended a series of methods which could be used to help reduce the risk of further drainage issues occurring again.
Jet Aire’s thorough approach and recommendations for the repair work delighted the client and these were actioned with the works being completed with minimal disruption.
Based on the high quality of the works, a second contract was awarded to replace fractures and cracking in the pipes for Lubrizol, who are one of the chemical companies that work from the Syngenta site.
Since then, Jet Aire has since used further more CCTV camera equipment to uncover other issues within drainage pipes in other zones of the plant. Using special breathing equipment, Jet Aire put forward a plan and then carried out the works required plan to remove further issues on the site.
