Jet Aire are delighted to report that our client, Northumbrian Water, has been rated number one for customer satisfaction across the whole of the UK’s water and wastewater industry.
Regulator Ofwat has completed its latest SIM (Service Incentive Mechanism) survey and Northumbrian Water scored 4.81 out of a possible 5 in the Wastewater category, placing it at the top of a nationwide list of utilities companies. The score was an all-time SIM record! Jet Aire was one of a select group of key contractors thanked for helping the company to set the highest standards. Benn Elsey, Sewerage Repair and Maintenance Project Manager at Northumbrian Water, offered these kind words:
