A huge part of Jet Aire’s business involves servicing large companies in a range of key sectors including industrial, residential, retail, commercial, environmental, transport and chemical. However, Jet Aire’s domestic work is every bit as important to us and we take great pride in ach ieving customer satisfaction for homeowners in need of help. Drainage problems can be very stressful, disruptive and damaging at home, so speed and efficiency are vital.
Everyone likes to be told that they’ve done a good job and Jet Aire are no different – we’re very pleased to receive positive feedback from homeowners and this week we were grateful for some more kinds words from Philip, who called us in to rectify a faulty drain that was causing all manner of issues at his house in Stockton-on-Tees. Two Jet Aire engineers arrived soon afterwards to identify the cause of the problem. We then provided a solution which involved sending a mini bladder cutter down the pipe to cut out 50% of the concrete that was causing repeat blockages. Once this was cut out we inserted patch repairs to cover any defects and fractures. Within a few hours of Jet Aire’s arrival, Philip’s drainage had returned to full working order again. Later that day he contacted Jet Aire’s head office to pass on his thanks:
“My drains were repaired today by two of your operatives, Sean and Rae. They did an excellent job with minimal disruption. Many thanks!”
